I started using Untappd just before Christmas. It was when I came to do my Golden Pints that I realised just how many beers that I must have forgotten… Nice I’ve a long way to go to catch you but I’m working on it 🙂

It is a great memory aid. It took me several half finished pints of Ruddles County before I finally remembered that it’s horrible stuff… of course, that was many years before the invention of iProducts and other cool gadgets and I was never gonna go down the beer notebook route

an inspiration to all those who sail on the good ship *Beer*! What’s your favourite and best beer so far?
Keep the faith, brother.

I love the simplicity of this post. What I’ve had and where I’ve had it. Great.
If I could improve upon Untappd, I’d put who I’m with in there. Beer is a great convivial drink, and sometimes it’s just great to sit and think “Aah yeah, I had that pint of “x” with old wotsit. Wonder what he’s doing now? Then seek out an old (or not so old) companion for another pint of whatever.
Anyway, rose tinted spectacles turned off. Looking forward to some beers with you this year as I hurtle toward my own 1000 not out 🙂
Cheers!! Chris

That is a great idea for an Untappd update – you should go on the forum and suggest that they should add a feature that allows you to tag your friends
